Located in the heart of Xianli, Nese’oana is located in a dense forest. It thrives off of agriculture, cultivating Sialli Silkworms en masse. It is the largest silk producer in Siablan, and largest paper exporter, and fabulously wealthy. It was established 139 MYA, but it additionally absorbed the former sovereign state of Phi’curi 127 MYA through consort.
