Reseda

Located in the dense rainforest of southern Vincai, Reseda lies at the heart of a mountain valley. The rainforest is known for being home to many dangerous predators and massive carnivorous plants. Reseda has a textile based economy, and has poor relations with Oachalla. It is home to the largest population of Gannea in the western hemisphere, and the only city where they are considered almost equal to Crysalla within West’s domain, rather than as pets or nuisances. Reseda possesses the largest tree species in all of Siablan.

Capucia Palace

Home of the patron deity of rain, Capucia is built onto the mountain, overlooking its city.

Cirisi

Actually the largest tree in Siablan, and believed to be millions of years old. A small altar is set up for it, and visitors pay their respects.

Yalvora University

Second largest all-levels school in the western hemisphere, Yalvora boasts varying free trade skill programs.
