Veigala

Military outpost in the north of Vincai, located in the frozen Kirros mountains. Veigala is patronized by Lazari, a deity of war and general in West’s army. Lazari is known for ruling with an iron fist, and training regiments are brutal, but they produce the finest soldiers in Siablan.

Drackorn Fortress

Sprawling black castle of Lazari themself, and military command center. Lazari is known for collecting mutated Gannea as pets, and mounting desecrated corpses of enemies on their battlements.
