Huiyang

A coastal city on the cliffside banks of Aubreia, Huiyang is the largest commercial city of East’s domain. Most seaborne trade from other domains passes through here, and its denizens are fabulously wealthy. Its patron deity imposes harsh tariffs on merchants and lives in the lap of luxury. Huiyang holds a thriving shipwright industry.

Seashell Palace

Home of Huiyang’s patron, and built on the apex of the rocky cliffs. It’s named for its architecture, of massive spirals and intricate designs.

Yinlei Gatehouse

The gates of the bay of the Tilei river that runs throughout the continent, which raise and lower a massive boom chain to let ships through inspection.

Sheari Zoo

The largest zoo in Siablan, it is dedicated to the care of exotic animals big and small from all throughout the globe.

Hailya University

A relatively new school established by the Huiyang’s patron that teaches all subjects and grades, in exchange for ship-related labor– building, accounting, cargo stocking, fishing, etc.
